Submitted manuscripts are review by experts. Peer reviewers will be asked to recommend whether a manuscript should be accepted, revised or rejected. They should also alert the editors of any issues relating to author misconduct, such as plagiarism and unethical behavior.

Publication of research articles by Eco Science Journals is primarily dependent on their validity and coherence, as judged by peer reviewers and editors. The reviewers may also be asked whether the writing is comprehensible. Submitted manuscripts will be sent to peer reviewers unless they are as per guidelines of the journal, or if presentation or written English is of an acceptable standard. Authors who are not native. English speakers are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscript to us for review and clarification. Note that the use of such service is at the author’s own expense and does not guarantee that the article will be accepted for publication. Reviewers are asked to provide detailed, constructive comments that will help the editors make a decision regarding publication and how the authors could improve their manuscript. A key issue is whether the work has serious methodological flaws that should precluded its publication, or whether additional experiments or data are required to support the conclusions. Where possible, reviewers should provide references to substantiate their comments. Submitted papers are accepted for publication after a positive recommendation of the independent reviewers. Author should return a corrected paper within 1-2 weeks, depending on the reviewer’s recommendation. The evaluation process usually takes 1-2 months.

The costs are partially covered by the journal through article processing fees. Journal information systems, manuscript management systems, electronic archiving, electronic composition and production, editorial costs, overhead, and administrative costs are the various categories of expenses that we incur. Additionally, we must cover the costs of publishing the accepted article plus the cost of processed articles.

What is the cost of publication?

Cost of publication will be depending on the economic standing of each of the nations listed by the World Bank High Income, Upper Middle Income, Middle Income, Low and Middle Income, Lower Middle Income, and Low Income the publication fee will change. Furthermore, it is impossible to determine the processing fee without first analyzing the manuscript. The author will be informed when the final galley proof is ready.

The Open Access publishing model is used by the Eco Science journals, meaning that all published articles are freely accessible to readers via the journal's website and numerous indexing DOIs, including Crossref. However, the foundation of this publishing model is author fees. The peer-review process and manuscript submission are free of cost. The processing fee applies only to manuscripts accepted for publication. Online credit card payment is our preferred method of payment. We also accept bank checks and wire transfers. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a discount or waiver of the publication processing fee, based on the authors’ country of origin, rank, financial status, institute or publication history.
