Biography: 

He has considerable experience working with various analytical, chromatographic and spectroscopic instruments such as capillary 5Electrophoresis, circular dichroism, HPLC. My past projects also dealt with extensive work on fungal samples, biotransformation and plant and animal tissue culture. I have conducted immunological tests, worked with animals, electron microscope, plant tissue and fungal cell fixing and sectioning. I have extensive experience in plant extraction, and in isolation and identification of their secondary metabolites. I also have worked with fermentation reactors. In addition, I have experience on protein and DNA analysis with capillary electrophoresis (CE). HPLC of radioisotope labeled peptides. I have worked on liposomal formulations analysis of drugs including proteins, such as insulin and interferon. Determination and tracing of secondary structure in peptides such as recombinant human insulin has been among my experience.
